2024 Fall Dance Team Tryouts!
Dates: August 12 & 13 3:30 -5:15 PM
Location: Prior Lake High School Activities Gym
Open to dancers 8th-12th grade!
Dancers will learn a tryout combo on Monday and tryout on Tuesday. Anyone trying out should attend the Fall activities meeting in the Gold Gym August 12th at 6pm following the first day of tryouts.
Dancers making the team should plan to attend the mandatory parent/dancer meeting on Thursday August 15th 5:30 PM at PLHS Room F211.
Dancers MUST be registered before Monday 8/12 to tryout for fall dance.

Izzy Dwire was chosen as a Minnesota Association of Dance Teams Senior Scholarship Recipient! Each applicant was required to submit their transcript, two letters of recommendation, and write an essay on how dance team has influenced their lives, in addition to completing an application.
Izzy was one of eleven chosen among many applicants, we are SO proud of you Dwire!

Izzy Dwire and Izzy Gordon were selected for Team MN to represent Minnesota at Miss Dance Drill Team Nationals! They competed solos, trios, and team routines. Some highlights are:
- Izzy Dwire placed 2nd overall in the 12th Grade Solo Division
- Izzy Gordon placed 1st overall in the 10th Grade Solo Division
- Izzy Gordon placed 1st Place in the Duet/Trio Division - competed with Emma and Katie from Burnsville Dance Team and New Prague Dance Team.
- Team Minnesota placed 1st in Medium Jazz and 2nd Overall Grand Champions.
- Team Minnesota placed 2nd in Large Lyrical.
- Team Minnesota placed 2nd in Large Hip Hop.
