Maddie coaches to motivate, inspire, and encourage dancers to be better teammates and people on and off the performance floor and to cultivate an environment of positivity, confidence, and teamwork.
Maddie began her coaching career in 2016 and has loved every second of being a coach. She has coached fall, winter, and at Just For Kix. She has been dancing since the age of three in her hometown of Eau Claire Wisconsin. She danced for her local studio her high school team and then collegiately for Winona State University and St. Cloud State University.
Maddie graduated from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. She currently works in Human Resources and lives in Eagan with her husband, Jeremy, and their cat Vito, and dogs Oddi and Frankie.

Lexi Coaches with a strong mind, tough skin, and open heart. She values teaching dancers how strong work ethic, confidence, teamwork, and community all contribute to something bigger than themselves while also growing as individuals.
Lexi began her coaching career in 2015 and is very passionate about this sport and the athletes she coaches. She has coached fall, winter, and at Just For Kix. She grew up in New Brighton, MN, and began dancing at the age of three, spending the next 15 years in studio competitive dance at Stage Door Performing Arts, for her school’s team at Irondale High School, and with UST Dance Club.
Lexi graduated from the University of St Thomas in 2018 with a Marketing degree and moved to Burnsville where she currently works as a Professional Recruiter and does freelance work as a graphic designer and social media manager. She absolutely adores her cats Mac + Jack!

Jackie coaches to give athletes an opportunity to excel beyond their expectations and gain confidence while also teaching athletes to lead with love and respect.
Jackie grew up in Faribault MN, where she began dancing at age 3 through high school and college. She went to college at UMD Duluth majoring in exercise science, then she began coaching at Hermantown Proctor High School.
Jackie graduated college in 2021 and moved to Burnsville with her cat Remi and works for Twin Cities Orthopedics at the Training Haus.

Amanda coaches to inspire young athletes to reach their highest potential as both individuals and as a team. Her mission is to lead by example and instill a strong work ethic, high level of integrity, attitude of gratitude, and a growth mindset centered on bettering ourselves.
Amanda grew White Bear Lake, MN, and started dancing young. She has danced for Larkin Dance Studio and Hill Murray Dance Team. In college, she continued dancing and performing non-competitively in all styles at Iowa State University where she graduated with a BFA in Interior Design in 2015.
After graduating, Amanda moved back to St Paul and started coaching fall dance team, winter dance, and Just For Kix.

Lindsey coaches to cultivate group energy by showing athletes the power of their mindset through leading by example.
Lindsey graduated from Prior Lake High School in 2019 and was on PLDT for four years and was a captain her senior year. Following high school, she graduated from The University of Iowa with a Computer Science degree.
She currently lives in Prior Lake and recently made the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleading Team. She also launched her private dance business: With Luv by Lindsey, and is on staff with Infusion Dance Acro!
3rd Season with PLDT, Assistant Coach
Summer coaches to encourage and guide dancers to reach their full potential in a healthy, supportive, and challenging way. My goal is for them to become better dancers while also becoming better humans with the skills to lead an inspiring future.
Summer grew up in Prior Lake and has been dancing since she was young. She graduated from Prior Lake High School in 2018 and was also a member of PLDT! She then graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with an Elementary Education degree.
Summer currently lives in Prior Lake and teaches in the Prior Lake-Savage Area School district.
3rd Season w/PLDT, B Squad Head Coach
Anna coaches to connect with young athletes by uplifting and motivating them to be their best both in and out of practice. And to encourage a positive community among the athletes to inspire one another and to lead by example.
Anna grew up in Lakeville and danced for 15 years at Dance Works, for 3 years on Lakeville North Dance Team, and recreationally throughout college. Anna graduated from both Winona State and St. Kates where she received her bachelor's and master's in Social Work.
She currently is a School Social Worker in the Eastern Carver County School District and lives in Lakeville with her husband Andrew and their puppy Rosie.

Whitney grew up in Lakeville and danced at Lakeville South and South Metro Dance Academy. She recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire where she danced on the dance team and was part of a performance company. Whitney is a rookie coach and is very excited to kick off her coaching career!

K’Lee coaches to inspire and construct strong, independent, and grounded individuals. She wants to give them the tools to prosper in the dance world and to ignite a fire to carry throughout their life and be the change the world needs.
K’Lee grew up in Bismark, ND, and has been involved in dance for 18 years. She danced with Just For Kix and her middle + high school teams where she served as captain and won several state titles and three All American titles. She danced for the NDSU Bison Dance Team before making a move to Prior Lake and started her coaching career with PLDT.
K'Lee is currently a Nurse living in Farmington with her husband Brandon and their dog Drake. Her two passions in life are coaching dancers and caring for the geriatric community, especially memory care patients!

Dance has been a part of Jessica’s life since she was just 5 years old. Starting at a studio in Edina, dance team in High School at Jefferson, captain in college at the University of MN - Duluth where she received her degree in Exercise Science, and coaching for 13 plus years at Chaska.
When she isn’t involved with dance she is spending time with her husband and 2 boys in Prior Lake watching their sports and cheering them on. She loves reading, snuggling her goldendoodle, Piper and being in the sunshine.
She is very excited to start with the Prior Lake Dance Team as she now has combined her passion of dance and experience with her families school district!

Kristi grew up in Bloomington, MN and began her dancing career with a studio in Edina where she also continued teaching after high school graduation. She was a member of the MSU of Mankato dance team as well as a coach and took her team to UDA Nationals! MSU is where she earned her B.S. degree in Education. Kristi also continued her education through Concordia University earning a M.S. degree in Education.
Kristi & her husband Jon enjoy supporting their three children, Joey, Jackson and Olivia in all their academic and athletic activities in Prior Lake! Kristi also enjoys her full time job as a kindergarten teacher in Chanhassen and is excited about her up and coming youth dance programs she started this past school year! Lexie danced at Janet Lang Dance Studio in Rochester, MN for about 12 years, then danced on the Rochester Mayo Dance Team for four years. She graduated from Winona State University with a bachelor's degree in health Promotion, Community Health. She currently works for Wealth Management Solutions, Ameriprise, as an Event Planner and has been coaching dance team for 10 years. She currently resides in Farmington with her Fiancé Austin and their two dogs Nola and Mellie. In her free time find her traveling, attending concerts, or being active.
Lexie has always admired PLDT, she has vivid memories of the uniqueness of their routines over the years. Now that she knows PLDT on a closer level, she admires the work ethic, the respect, and the passion the dancers have for the sport of dance and for themselves and those around them. She feels this team has the biggest heart and it is a pleasure to be their coach.
Lexie coaches to help improve the goals of the team and each individual dancer, on both a competitive and personal level. She strives to be a positive influence/role model to young, female athletes. And of course, she LOVES everything about dance team....the skill, the uniqueness, the routines, the culture, the powerful team dynamic, etc.!
